Zach was great. We have never been disappointed by B.L. Plumbing. Always super helpful and informative. Our water pressure has been tricky so he descaled the water heater and took a look at the water softener. Thank you Caleb, Andre, and the BL plumbing team for the excellent service we received. We had what we thought was just a small leak in a shower handle that could be fixed with a simple cartridge, but it turned out to be a leak starting behind the wall in a shower valve, which the BL team caught. They answered all questions and showed us the process every step of the way, which means a lot because I am one who likes to see things with my own eyes rather than take someones word for it.
